These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Ezgajets Computer Repair Dengkil (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, you (“customer” or “you”) agree to the following terms:



1. Service Agreement


  1. All repair, upgrade, and maintenance services are carried out at the request of the customer.
  2. Customers must provide accurate details about the device and the issues faced.


2. Data & Backup Responsibility


  1. Customers are solely responsible for backing up personal data before handing over any device.
  2. Ezgajets Computer Repair Dengkil will not be liable for any data loss, corruption, or software issues during or after                 service.


3. Pickup & Delivery


  1. Free pickup and drop-off services are available within selected coverage areas (Dengkil, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Sepang,        and nearby).
  2. Devices must be properly packaged if requested for pickup outside our standard area.


4. Warranty & Limitations


  1. We provide a service warranty of 14 days for completed repairs (hardware/software), unless stated otherwise.
  2. Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage after repair (drops, cracks, liquid spills, etc.)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications done by others after service
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair


5. Payments


  1. Full payment is required upon completion of the repair/service.
  2. Deposits may be required for special parts or orders.
  3. Payments are non-refundable once the service is completed, except in cases where we cannot resolve the issue.


6. Liability


  1. Ezgajets Computer Repair Dengkil is not responsible for:
  2. Any indirect damages, downtime, or business losses caused by device failure.
  3. Manufacturer defects or issues beyond our control.
  4. Our liability is limited strictly to the repair service fee paid.


7. Third-Party Parts & Software


  1. Replacement parts may be original or high-quality compatible parts, depending on availability and customer request.
  2. Any licensed software must be provided legally by the customer. We do not install pirated or unlicensed software.



8. Acceptance of Terms


By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
